Not sure who runs this but it contains a lot of info. There's even a directory for Chinese lolita brands.

Petit Petit Prince

He's a classic lolita that runs this blog. It doesn't look like they're using it currently, but there is pretty good information about short hair and a personal entry about classic lolita.
